LONESTAR STEEL FRAME HOMES is a Division of LONESTAR Development and Construction, Inc., a privately owned Texas corporation formed in 1996. The parent company develops large industrial parks in Southeast Texas and constructs steel frame industrial, commercial and residential buildings. We occupy a five-acre property with 45,000 square feet of manufacturing space located at 7922 Hansen Road, Houston, Texas.

LONESTAR has seasoned management with over twenty years experience in steel frame design, engineering, and manufacturing. We have provided numerous steel frame homes, ranging in size from 600 square feet to 

17,000 square feet, to our builders and customers, worldwide. 

Due to our rapid growth in home sales, we reorganized our steel frame home business into a separate Division in January 2002.  We have achieved our success by providing cost effective solutions tailored to the individual needs of our customers.
